For BPO Global Services it is very important to know your opinion, resolve your doubts and address your complaints and suggestions. Therefore, and under the principle of transparency, we seek to work on the continuous improvement of the services we offer, following their PCCD.

Below we describe in detail each option to facilitate your registration

Petitions: These are requests or requirements that a person makes to the entity, to require their intervention and response. Response times vary according to the classification as follows.

Complaint: It is the manifestation of disagreement, dissatisfaction, or discontent that a citizen may present when receiving inadequate care from a collaborator.

Claim: It is the requirement made by a user because some service was not provided or was irregular.

Suggestion: It is an approach that is presented with the objective of proposing a change or improvement of some service, product, or process of the company.
